"This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a studio to a one-bedroom, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. When we arrived at the room, it was about 90% ready. "Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "

"The studio I booked was surprisingly spacious, the kitchen had sufficient utensils for two and the appliances, although relatively basic, met our needs without issue. The bathroom was a good size and separated from the living area by a small hallway which was nice. The bedroom, although small was separated from the living area by sliding doors which also added to the overall sense of space. The large windows provided good natural light even on a dull winter day. The only issue, if indeed it is...
