"The Hotel just needs some TLC - The buttons on the AC unit was damaged. The tub had a massive water/rust stain. No bottle waters in the room or even a coffee maker. I understand controlling costs, but at what level?"
"When I booked the hotel I was unaware the hot tub was permanently closed. It was still showing the property had a hot tub or I wouldn't have booked there. I was very unhappy and it's doubtful I will book there ever again. The price I paid for there not to be a hot tub is unacceptable. The pool is ice cold because it's indoors, I would never use it. The shower did not drain well at all. The tub water would be several inches over my ankles by the time I was finished showering. The room smelled like musty mildew because of the poor shower drainage. (I have pics and video) Everything I brought home smelled horrible like the mildew room. The only thing that was a plus for me was the 24 hr coffee station. It looks surface clean but could really use a deep cleaning! The woman at the desk I asked about the hot tub was nasty. She snapped at my question of it being closed "it's been gone for weeks" like I live in New Mexico (I don't I was visiting) and should know it. I'll be staying somewhere else my next visit for sure!"
"First…..the picture of the office area IS NOT of the property.
The outside appearance would get a 4.
The room’s appearance would get a 4.
Maintenance would get a 1!
Missing smoke detector with 120volt wiring hanging down.
Door knob was loose. Had problems getting the door opened and closed. One time took 2 minutes for me to get the door open. Life safety issue!!!
Bath tub drainage was VERY slow. After taking a shower it took almost 4 minutes to drain.
The night we stayed it rained. The roof leaked above the toilet. Brown dirty water everywhere. You could tell this was ongoing because of ceiling damage.
The entry doorframe was not trimmed out.
No drink cups or coffee pods.
Towel had a large brown spot.
TV did not work.
This could be a nice place if maintained.
Toilet paper hanger was broken. Was left with a roll 80% missing. No extra."
