"Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres...

"Le personnel était très aidant et professionnel, la villa avait tout le nécessaire et était impeccable niveau propreté ! La piscine était parfaite et l’eau très fraîche pour se rafraîchir. Idéalement situé et près du ferry. Nous aimerions assurément revenir dans le futur !! Merci pour tout :)"

"Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were in Cozumel visiting friends for four days and found Puerto Libre to be in an excellent spot right on the strip. It was far enough away from the cruise ship ports to be quiet yet accessible to all the hotspots. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel Mary Carmen is a beautiful hotel which exceeded our expectations! Location is safe, quiet, very walkable (5min from the ferries, 1min from the plaza), and easy to find upon arrival. We loved the old-fashioned style with shared living spaces, and the garden and turtles. We appreciated the free water refill jugs on each floor and the first aid kits free for use. Our room was large (we got a free upgrade) and clean, had great wifi, quiet and functional AC unit, tidy bathroom, and good water...

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "

"This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!"

"Place was dirty, full of mold, no running water I end up moving to another place, no one on site to talk to. No response over the phone, they also charge me $180.00 us, besides of what you have had charge, I would like my money back!!!!"
