Hotel was dated. Seemed fairly clean but wallpaper was peeling, stained carpet etc. Also, parking was $34!!!

Hotel Phillips
The room was great, but the initial code to get in the building was wrong! A resident of the apartment side gave us the right code so that we could get our check in paperwork! Everyone around is super nice!
