"Hotel was great, staff had to be called go clean amd bring towels."

"Great staff"

"The hotel was very run down. The elevator was very slow we had to get off and use the stairs. We had to switch rooms was dirty and stains all over the carpet the glass door handle was broken. The staff was very kind. The hotel just seemed dirty and run down. Even when we switched rooms was just not at all what the pictures online looked like stains on the sheets and carpet."

"Very clean looks like it was totally remodeled, recently friendly staff."

"Room was clean and entire floor smelled amazing!"

"The staff was very professional but yet treated you like family."

"Good location. Clean"

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good."

"Checked out at 9:30 at 3:19 later that day had charge on my card for 89.10 called to ask y had the charge and they said it was a mistake couldn’t get answer wanted my email so they could send me a receipt also if u drive 2500 truck they can’t valet it said it to large so had to go down street to park which wasn’t very far"

"Breakfast was great so many choices . Property was clean."

"The room was fine but it was in the basement area. That’s fine but you could hear loud water running… all night. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly enough. The park is very convenient to the parks but nothing else. The restaurants are around but have very limited hours, so if you come in late you have to drive a ways to find anything."

"The shower had rusty mold in it. There was a dirty hand print on the wall above the toilet. We book our stay for the pool but it was closed the entire stay for a chemical imbalance. We left the night before our checkout because we had already done what we came to do and the pool was closed. The staff was outstanding(Bill,Fransesco*(front desk), and Stephen(bartender) but I couldn’t select 5 stars bc this app wouldn’t let me scroll over."

"The night manager was quite helpful in finding an ADA room upon arrival even though my booking didn’t specify a handicapped room."

"Room was clean, staff helpful, walking distance to bridge into Cincinnati"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality for the price! I have nothing negative to say. The provision of evening meal and breakfast is great, though I chose to eat food from the bar in the evening. It was very good. I will definitely stay at one of these hotels again."

"Nice place to stay okay breakfast nice Rooftop Bar rooms were clean"
