"The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"

"Der Empfang vom Inhaber des Hotels war sehr freundlich. Er spricht deutsch und hat uns super informiert über alle möglichen Informationen die wir suchten. Sei es der Bankautomat oder eine Motorradwerkstatt. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genauso wie die Servicekräfte. Super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und für dieses eher kleines Hotel wirklich super. Viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber nett eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist groß und sauber....
