Our room was very nice but might be improved if there was more lighting as it was pretty dark. The staff was great and we enjoyed the breakfast options and the happy hour.

It’s a very nice property and there are plenty of walkable options nearby. My only issue is that it’s next to a busy street so ask for a room on the other side of the building. They provide ear plugs too.

This was a very charming Inn. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, friendly and courteous service, and the breakfasts were delicious. The location, so close to town, was great. A more comfortable bed would make this a perfect getaway.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and happy hour were excellent! I would highly recommend this to anybody staying in the downtown Napa area.

Everything about this place is perfect. So clean, comfy and friendly!! The Staff was exceptional! Scott the owner is a gem!! Such a kind soul. Mel the Chef went above and beyond for my breakfast as I’m GF. Martha and D at the front well, what amazing people! They made sure everyone was happy and accommodated. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend The Black Bird Inn! This is a very special place. 🙏💕

Overall, this is a nice property. Rooms are very nice, as is the rest of the property. Staff communication was excellent. Close to downtown. What wasn't great was the breakfast. Food was not great and mostly cold when unwrapping the plastic wrap from the plate, despite being seated when it arrived. English muffin not toasted and plastic wrap caused frittata to get cold, moist and soggy. Another day, french toast casserole was good, but scrambled eggs were cold and heavily salted. We didn't eat there a third day. Also, no coffee maker in rooms, but was available in dining room. Unfortunately, it was not hot either. These are easy fixes that would make this place really great.

Blackbird Inn was a delightful B&B which is located across the street from the Wine Spectator and a short walk to the downtown area which a slew of restaurant options. We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely turn of the 20th century home, the hospitality, and the easy social atmosphere during the daily breakfast and Happy Hour. We highly recommend this darling inn.

My wife and I enjoyed the ambience, breakfast was good, and the location was awesome. We enjoyed the fireplace and relaxing on the balcony off the room. We would recommend this place and would stay again.
