"Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. It was not free but very inexpensive at $14 CAD. The food was tasty and lots of variety to choose from. Definitely worth adding breakfast. Hotel was conveniently located just outside of the west exit at Narita stations. Great food choices at the east exit "

"The free shuttle bus not only to and from the airport but to the narita station and the Aeon shopping mall helped a lot. And the room was clean and since I stayed on the 9th floor I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly off was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and gave me the assistance I needed, thank you so much"

"Room was clean, good facilities, useful shuttle bus to the airport. Was a little worried because after I booked the room it said that check out stops at 22:00. However it seemed like it was 24:7 checkin/checkout and I was able to check in at 23:30. Cheaper to stay the night after our flight got delayed and I we missed the last train/bus than pay for a taxi back to Tokyo."
