Hotel has started a virtual check-in program which is a little strange (there was still someone at the front desk and then she used the kiosk where Someone is on video to check people in). It slowed the check-in process down a bit, and if the front desk person hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have known hours for breakfast nor the best way to get to my room. "
