And was only for $27 per person. No complimentary water in room. Saw a cockroach in the ladies toilets on the lower ground floor. The roof bar was not available when we arrived and was closed Sunday night. For anyone booking please be aware that the liberty bell will ring hourly from 5am and you will hear it! "

"Lobby was nice. Room was nice. Room service was good. The downside is you are almost forced to plan your entire day around waiting for the valet. Upon check in we were advised to give them 10 minutes to get our car when needed. It regularly took AN HOUR to receive our vehicle. They had a group of attendants standing around at the valet desk but only had 1 person retrieving vehicles from the parking garage. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, not an hour! "
