"It was quiet and clean and working properly. There wasn’t security so I wouldn’t feel safe with my wife staying there by herself. But for the both of us together or me by myself, I’ll definitely go back, as long as a view to the bay is available with the third, fourth, or fifth floor available."

"2 nights no room cleaned nor advised up front that they don’t clean every day. Breakfast could use a lil more work besides bagels and cereal. The place wasn’t run down it was average."

"Excellent location. Close to airport, food, shopping...all within walking distance. Main complaint is the thin walls. I heard every step, cry, conversation, moan, of my neighbors and people in the halls, CLEARLY. I stayed 4 nights and had 3 different people placed in the room next to me..not sure why they kept choosing to use that room. "

"I stayed here 4 nights. GREAT breakfast. The protein changed each day and on our last day they had BACON. They had waffles each day and either biscuits or rolls to make breakfast sandwiches. Bananas, apples and oranges were usually a available as well as boiled eggs. If you have a 3 or more people in your group, a nice breakfast like this included can be a real cost savings. Rooms were spacious. We had 3 beds and comfortably slept 3 adults and one child. The rooms had a microwave, dish washer, sink but no cook top, no pots no pans. Josh the manager was AWESOME and helped us get settled in quickly and with no fuss when we arrived. Also helped quickly sort an issue with the room key which may very well have been user error but he stayed polite and professional the whole time. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when visiting my family in Norfolk."

"Room was fine. Location was excellent and parking was great. We stayed here since we were attending the Va Tattoo. Since one of us was not very mobile, it was helpful to have a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and one dinner. We stayed three nights during the recent 90+ degree heat wave and the AC struggled with it. WiFi did not seem great as connecting some devices was difficult or did not work. The biggest complaint was only partially the hotel's problem. At checkout time there were no luggage carts to be found and we had to wait a while before we were able to bring our stuff down from our room. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful."
