"Wonderful"

"Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"The check in went very fast and the staff was so friendly and professional. The room was extremely roomy and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The room and the hotel was extremely clean. I will definitely come again."

"Room was clean except for a hair on the sink. Unfortunately, it was really hard to contact anybody for every time we tried to call down the lines were out of order. The hair dryer did not work so I had to go downstairs to talk to someone, but they did send another one in a timely. The casino is nice, but the waitresses barely come around or ignore you. It feels safe and overall I would stay there again."

"Clean, pretty and modern. Modest, had iron and ironing board, safe and coffee machine. Cute sewing kit, makeup remover wipes, shower cap, vanity pack and shoe sponge. $15 credit towards their restaurant or inside Starbucks."

"The room was quite large, and has everything you need. However, it is located inside the casino Binion, and requires a bit of walk around to find. You get used to it after a while, if you enter through the Hotel Apache double doors, then the reception is just right there."

"Check-in and Check-out were smooth enough that I didn't have to talk to the staff at all, and my room was well maintained. It was quiet, I appreciated the security offered by having a keycard that would only offer you access to your floor, and having a few dining options inside the hotel was nice."

"My room didn’t have a curtain, which means anyone outside could easily see inside. Also the hostel was accessible to anyone making me feel unsafe due to lack of security."

No fridge in the room, a TV that gets about 10 channels, no coffee maker, a pool that closes shortly after you check in and reopens when it is about time to check out (while the temps are in the 100's), a discount to go up to the tower viewing deck, an Ai concierge that takes about an hour to answer questions. 3) I travel all over the nation and overseas.
