Top New York Hotel Reviews

ROW NYC
10/10 Excellent
"From start to finish this was the best choice I could have made. I was between three hotels and this one with the review and proximity to the Theatre District was a no brainer for me. Check in was smooth and we were even able to check in early to get situated. I didn't get the name of the person who checked me in, but she was great. Mature, Latin, woman with a bubbly personality. My wife met new friends, two of the concierges. Ali and a mature gentleman with grey hair, just amazing. They gave us suggestions for restaurants and it was my wife's birthday and he suggested she get an I love NY t-shirt which started the trip off on a great note. What I noticed and I am a mystery shopper is that their energy for us was for everyone they interacted with so this wasn't a forced interactio as part of their job. They loved meeting and greeting guests. Being on 8th avenue made it easy to get to Times Square and we exercised so we go to the West Village and to the park for our workouts. Jasmine in the restaurant went above and beyond to help us with questions we had about menu items we were considering. The person dedicated to our room an African or Caribbean woman was so pleasant in helping us with everything we needed. my wife misplaced a personal item, we let her know and she found it. The room was on the 25th floor and gave us a great vantage point as well as a great point for taking photographs various times of the day. The hotel is located close to the train too."

Moxy NYC Times Square
8/10 Good
"Room was clean and modern just very small, wall to wall king bed and a little bit of extra room. Elevator was crazy confusing. We weren’t the only ones with trying to figure out how to use it. Location was great. "

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at PUBLIC! The location was perfect—close to so many restaurants, shopping, and subway access, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a stylish vibe that was perfect for a couples getaway. One of the highlights was the rooftop, which offered incredible views of the NYC skyline. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

Pod Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"First time at a Pod and was impressed. Great use of limited space, and location was fantastic. Staff was welcoming, even at odd hours."

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
8/10 Good
"We liked the convenient location near to Times Square. That there were two exits, 44th and 45th Streets. The sheer walkability. The property was clean. As clean as it gets with legacy carpeting. No coffee/tea in-room, which is something we enjoy having. Also no coffee shop/restaurant on premises, but lots nearby. Perfect location for our Broadway theater trips to the Big Apple."

Hyatt Grand Central New York
