"Convenient close to I-75, super clean and updated/new facility. The area around is not great, but it is safe. We had a gymnastics meet at Knoxville convention center and it was easy to commute there. Breakfast options are above average and lobby and breakfast area are well kept."

"Booked for one night. Clean room, good AC, nice bathroom/shower, friendly staff, and good breakfast! If traveling to Knoxville, I would stay again! Only about 8 minutes from the Civic Center. "

The dining options, within walking distrance, were very good. The ease of getting to UTK campus was great - either straight shot down Cumberland or on the interstate!! Great location!!"
