"The staff was so helpful, greeting us each time we passed and quick to answer any questions that came up. The team working the morning breakfast did a great job to keep it freshly stocked and grab anything my family needed. Parking was conveniently on site. Location was walkable to the University campus, and the area around the hotel was great for dining. "

"Hotel is in a good location. We were able to take advantage of the public parking which is convenient and not difficult to get to versus the $45/night valet charge. The water pressure in our room was VERY POOR. We had an issue with our commode flushing properly. The maintenance engineer came quickly; however, he changed the handle, and the commode could no longer be flushed with the lid on---that was bizarre. We were to have housekeeping daily; we did not. We had to retrieve towels for the next morning. We had very noisy neighbors. They were loud. Perhaps the walls were thin as well. The morning breakfast was very good. "

"Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also say, you are on a main drag. It is a loud area. It is an old building. They could offer ear plugs on the bedside table, that I am sure theyd charge you $5 for using. "
