"We got the executive suite. The room is bigger and the balcony but that’s about it. Furniture is old albeit the cruise debuted in 2022. The shower didn’t drain properly. They also turned off my AC the morning after thinking that I only stayed for 1 night so we came back after a day of excursion to a very hot room. we booked the 3 days 2 nights itinerary. "This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational.
