"The satisfaction of a guest will depend on their expectations. If you are expecting a luxurious family resort, you will be disappointed. If you are expecting a decent place to sleep at a low cost, you will be pleased. It is an older motel, in reasonable, but not excellent condition. But for the cost, it is excellent value.
