"Delicious food but portions were small. Took the servers 10 minutes to approach your table when you sat down at a restaurant. Took 20-30 mins to get your meal but their island time I guess. Overall loved the stay. Top shelf liquor and food."

"We have had the best vacation staying at Kontiki Curacao Beach Resort. Over the years, we have traveled to many countries and stayed at multiple hotels and resorts. However, none of the places we stayed before has shown as much love, attention, and quality of service as the management team here at Kontiki. The staff here is amazing. The food is superb. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. "Would not recommend if you’re accessible. There are no elevators, no body helps you with your luggage’s. The bar staff are very friendly. Reception is rude, and need to be trained properly as each person said something different. "

"You experience a nightmare while they try to sell you a dream. Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms. My room was in terrible condition — there were roaches, no outlets for charging old furniture, balcony chipped paint, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold with no ventilation, the vanity was broken with cracked surfaces, and the caulking around the tub was poorly done. The room desperately needs renovation. On top of that, the AC sounded like a lawn mower running nonstop. The buffet...

"Had an amazing stay, stayed in an ocean view room. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. "

"The resort was awesome. The staff were excellent. Our room was cleaned daily. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Our issue was with other guests and the incessant smoking. The hotel should have a block of room that are non smoking even outside. Also the lack of tv stations and no conservative news coverage was disappointing. The only news stations available were MSN and CNN. Chilling in the early morning and before bed with tv is what we do. "
