"I did get sick eating breakfast . So I didn’t enjoy that . The eggs or ham were clearly not the cleanest. Also , there was a wedding that I wasn’t informed of when I booked . So certain amenities were closed so I wasn’t happy about that, as well as many other guest , I would have liked to get a partial refund because I spent a lot of money to use certain services . They attempted to tell me I was allowed to sunbathe on my balcony to compensate but after many attempts calling , no one brought a chair to my room . Other than those things . Some people were friendly and most of the other food was good. .i did have a lovely view of the sunset from my room. "

"Would have loved the resort if it was presented as advertised. There is only 1 restaurant open and 2 snack bars available. The amusement park and bumper cars are closed completely which is not stated in the description along with ant farms in bathrooms and bedrooms "

"The property was easy to navigate. The restaurants were hard to get reservations at but we were able to go to them. Each restaurant had their own way of serving food, became a little confusing. The resort was clean and friendly and when we arrived they up graded our room free of charge! Just remember you need to check your plugs for the outlets, we needed to bring converters. Overall a great stay and would go again!"

The towels in the bathroom were in poor condition, and my daughter had to request a bed change because there were hairs on the sheets and the comforter appeared dirty inside. Additionally, I experienced some bites during my stay that I suspect may have been from bed bugs, which is very concerning—especially given that the property is relatively new. We also had to request a refill for the conditioner, which should have been taken care of without needing to ask. The breakfast was overpriced for the quality of food offered, which added to the overall disappointment. I also want to mention that we tipped the housekeeping staff a total of $65 over our 5-night stay, as we genuinely appreciate their work. Overall, while the check-in process was fine, the lack of cleanliness and these issues significantly impacted our stay. "
