"We stayed one night to experience the grandeur of the palace. The staff were courteous and the meals were to a high standard that you would expect of such a place. But we felt isolated and little disappointed as it was very quiet and lacked warmt. Hot water was only on at certain times making it more univiting and some parts looked rundown. The ball room was impressive and had nostalgia but we were glad to only stay one night.
I'm sure the experience may be better during the high season when it is more busier."

"Location is damn good with the environment around with a greenery tea plantations, but the hotel & the rooms were in pathetic condition. The room which we stayed doesn't had basic curtains for the windows, also the rooms are not clean & hygiene for which they charge very high price. "

"On the day of visit, the hotel staff told that there was no such booking confirmed from there end and there is no such agreement between this online site Hotels.com. At that time, even no support staff available at your end. Very very disappointed experience. "

"This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room.
