"Overall, the hotel was great—the location and price were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, it was quite noisy. We could hear people from upstairs, the lobby, and outside (we were on the second floor), which made it hard to relax and sleep. The bed was also a bit too soft for our liking. Because of the noise, it may not be the best choice for families with children or light sleepers."

"No shuttle to the hotel provided, however Charley’s taxi offers a flat reasonable rate for the airport to the hotel. The breakfast provided was decent, nothing extravagant. There were Asian breakfast options. The location is a two minute walk to Waikiki beach and lots of dining options to choose from."

"Room was great, pool was in the middle of a whole bunch of buildings very unpleasant , and the restaurant at the hotel definitely eat somewhere else. You can get better tasting food at McDonald's"

"Great hotel in a great location. I went with my family for 6 days and we all loved it. We arrived around 10:30am and we were able to check in early. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided us with a map of Waikiki and recommended some spots to visit. I loved that everything is within walking distance; the beach, the stores and the restaurants."

"Was only a 3 night stay so room was not serviced but could be on request. Pretty hefty resort fee especially if your not going to use pool."
