"Hotel was accessible and near Minato-mirai station, with plenty of food options and essential shops all in the premise without any exposure to outside weather. Bus to Haneda was punctual and reasonably priced. Staff is helpful"

"Staff very friendly. Arrived early morning from overseas flight. Dropped bags so could go out on town and check in during scheduled check-in time. Baggage for all early drop offs neatly accounted and secured. Got our bags easily after going out on town sights for day!"

"The laundry was excellent, I washed fairly large load and it dried in a half an hour on high. It's not far from the station and there are lots of little restaurants in the area but I didn't go around too much, I took taxis where I was going because I'm mobility impaired. Staff is really congenial and I liked staying there and I would stay there again."
