Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. "Staff were polite and welcoming. The lady at the desk in the dining room took time to walk around checking guests were OK. I gave an overall 4- star because my request for late check-out wasn't effected and I had to go back to reception to get it implemented. "
