"There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. "Pros - Rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfy, staff was wonderful and tentative. Beach service was nice-paid parking lot relatively close, or valet available, pool warm, beach close walking distance, showers clean and had full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Front desk had box fans available for fan sleepers :)
Cons- no microwave, mini fridge was definitely mini compared to most basic hotel mini fridges. mirrors were VERY limited. This was a struggle with 3 women...
