"We were in the area for a concert, and really liked having a room, which included a long counter, counter height fridge/freezer, microwave and deep sink so we could prepare our own meals...Our King Room with Single Sofa Bed was fantastic, in that the bedroom & bathroom were separated from the sitting room and mini kitchen by a set of french doors. The decor was modern, but not steril, with a lot of wall and carpettextures, and the 'kitchen' and bathroom sported quartz countertops. Each room had large TV's and separate temp controls, so we could keep the bedroom colder, as we like it. The bed was very comfortable and there were 4 pillows, 2 firm and 2 fluffy. We brought all cotton flannel sheets and a cotton blanket from home, as we've stayed in hotels where sheets and blankets are polyester (plastic) that don't breath and we don't want to repeat past uncomfortable hotel experiences. So we slept great. Breakfast was fairly decent, with scrambled eggs, or biscuits & gravy (of which I do not understand the allure) but no meat like bacon, ham or sausages. They had a waffle maker, bagels, toaster, etc and things like fruit cups, mini muffins and fresh bananas. This hotel was an incredible value and we would gladly stay again and definitely recommend it:)"

"We were rushed to checkout by 11 am. Need to allow at least until 12 noon like other major hotels. This will be a deal breaker in the future for our stay. When we asked the hotel staff, they were not helpful and were very strict. They were reading out penalty amounts for every hour of delayed check out beyond 11 am. Management needs to think about this seriously. No winder why the hotel was more than half empty."

"Food options are very limited but many local restaurants. Most of the staff were very helpful. Rooms are spacious and have a mini fridge but no microwave. Pool is out of service. Overall, a good experience."

"Upon arrival my room was not well cleaned: there were spill and stain marks on the besdiede tables, no toilet paper in the toilet role, a clump of dark hair beside the tub and the sitting chair and ottoman had numberous stains that warranted deep cleaning or simply replacement from overuse."

"breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pancake maker.The room was clean. Parking was fine. The only down side was no elevator. Also the staff was very helpful especially Emma. I was in town for my daughters Navy Boot Camp graduation. She was very informative. There was a shuttle to pick up to take you to get tickets the night before at no additional cost. Also a shuttle in the morning to take you to graduation."
