"The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is extremely convenient for the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly when it came to the level of customer service.
The check-in experience was very poor. We were required to complete the check-in process ourselves, which I found particularly disappointing as I was travelling with family members with mobility issues. When we asked for assistance regarding local...

"The staff were so pleasant and welcoming that we felt relaxed and able to settle in. The young bartender helped us two over sixty Canadians sample our first Irish whisky over and beyond kindly.
The location could not be better for transportation and restaurants. Despite being on a busy road, a quick walk and right turn led us to a lovely people friendly park Griffith Park, if i recall correctly, where the was a great blue heron from ahing and further down swans preening highly recommend !!"
