"Great room and location"

"The breakfast was the worse from any embassy suites I ever stayed and the chefs were rude. I felt like I was having breakfast at a Hampton Inn. Yuk!"

"The holiday was great, staff very professional, rooms clean but need to check the beds. Some needs to be remove and repaired. Breakfast was amazing and very good. Parking was a nightmare due to the hotel was a lot of events and the parking you must look for awhile. Some you have to park else where until a park becomes free. But overall a Great accommodation to stay at. Will stay again."

"I expected more options from the continental breakfast. 2 of the 3 down elevators was a huge turnoff!!!!!!! The size of the bathroom was a bit claustrophobic! Room temperature and cleanliness was great. Wish there was a TV guide. Only 1 microwave for the entire 12 floor hotel was very disappointing!!!!!"

"We liked the two bedroom suite option; However, I had reserved a mobility accessible two bedroom because my mother cannot get in and out of a full tub, but we were not given the mobility accessible suite and were too tired to work out something else. What made it worse for my mother was the elevator being out of order. We were told that the 2 bedroom suites were only on the 4th floor, so my mother had to climb the stairs to the floor. "Friendly check in"

"The staff was friendly and helpful but the room had a foul smell and something that looked like a fan was running when I got to the room. Seemed like they knew about the scent and left the fan to try taking it away. Also, the bed was a little shaky when you moved. I only needed to be there for a few hours so I didnt complain to the receptionist."

"First of all the room was dirty and the remote control was disgusting to touch. The staff never came to any of the rooms to give clean towels or anything. Breakfast terrible and the coffee disgusting. The kitchen is terrible. The place smells like dog feces and cat and dog urine horrible smell.I wouldn't recommend anyone giving them any money. Dog poop by the elevators and has been there for two weeks. They don't mop any of the floors or vacuum the carpets in the hallway or mop in the elevators....

"Highly highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel common areas are also well kept. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Had a wonderful stay!"

"This is a really nice property and the gentleman who checked me in was top tier. The decor, vibe, room, amenities were all really nice. I would change the entertainment in the restaurant as the TV sitting in the corner with lousy audio was substandard. My recommendation is to put multiple TV monitors above the bar, as to provide a view of the entertainment from anywhere in the room. "The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."
