"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

"This property was in a area that feels safe, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. It has a good-size parking lot withNO parking fees. It's clean and all types of staff are friendly and helpful. I used the gym which has plenty of tradmills and bikes. The room was a good size for the price with plenty of drawers, shelf space in the bathroom and charging outlets. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of hot ites and fresh-brewed coffee."

"Loved that there was an indoor pool since it can quite cold in NY. There also aren’t a ton of hotels on Long Island in Nassau County south shore and this one was easy to access, near the main highways, had free breakfast (great options) and a great coffee bar, along with clean rooms. Honestly great place to stay if you want to be close to NYC but not spend a fortune to stay in Manhattan"

"We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. "Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."
