"Room smelled musty and stale bought room spray for the orders. Had room reserved for 3 days no cleaning service at all. Was told cleaning was every other day Checked in on Monday out on Thursday should have had cleaning on Wednesday but no one showed up Was in town due to a death in family so we had more important things to occupy us."

"Lengthy check in process, stains on sheets. No manager or cleaning ladies on site after 3pm. 1 front desk worker. Once we got checked in and got our sheets it was a fine stay. Curious to know other experiences."

"The Ellison is an amazing boutique hotel in a classic part of Oklahoma City. There are some great shops near by such as Trader Joes, Lulu Lemon - just to name a few. The Hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bedding is comfy and the amenities in the rooms are nice. The restaurant has some delicious options and the staff is very accommodating. The parking is slim, but around the back you will find more and I didn't feel nervous about intruders. Love that you have to...
