"Lovely hotel just on outskirts of town. About 2 mins walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants.
Lovely friendly staff on desk to check in. Room was perfect for one person. All clean and modern. Even allowed me to park my motorbike in courtyard.

"Un bel établissement à proximité de Clécy, au grand calme, un endroit en pleine campagne, très reposant. Une grande chambre avec une très bonne literie avec tout le confort. La cuisine est également de bon niveau, sans oublier le petit-déjeuner où rien ne manque. Cerise sur le gâteau, le personnel et la propriétaire sont éminemment sympathiques et accueillants.
Petit plus pour les golfeurs, un parcours pas du tout facile mais ô combien agréable, en pleine nature. Nous recommandons...
"Jättetrevlig upplevelse. En stor gård ute på landsbygden. Lite svårt att hitta dit. Super trevlig värd. Vi kommunicerade via Google eftersom han inte kunde Engelska, men det gick jättebra. Åt en härlig fransk middag på gården. Enda negativa var lite hårda kuddar annars bra för någon natt. Lite annorlunda. Mycket värt att åka dit."

"We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. "
"Friendly staff, free parking, very comfortable room, we booked two rooms and we were given interlinking rooms without having to ask which was very thoughtful and appreciated. We had a notification the day before we arrived to say there would be no restaurant in the evening while we we're there. We ate lunch several times during our stay and along with breakfast the food was excellent.
Side note: Hotel had been taken over by US veterans and their support for D-Day, the veterans were inspiring...
"The location of the hotel was great, near restaurants, the chateau, and other main attractions. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and had enough English fluency to compensate for my measly French. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The next door restaurant is wonderful!!"
