"The staff was very attentive and kind upon arrival. The hotel was a perfect location, right in Times Square, and there were a lot of things to do and places around to eat and enjoy. We had a room facing Times Square so the view was nice and we got to experience the lights and sounds of NYC right from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant was nice as well and had a good amount of food and drinks. I would stay here again. "

"Very clean room, amazing staff! They were extremely polite and quick to check in! The cleaning staff was great and friendly and everyone there seemed to enjoy their jobs which makes for a great environment! Will definitely stay again, the only downside is parking which is out of their control. I highly recommend staying and getting a room with a view! "

"I did not see any advertisement that they haven’t switched to A/C yet and therefore no way to cool the room down and brought a fan to the room, it was 81 degrees in the room. It cooled down at night but still seemed odd for a hotel in Times Square to have that issue and not forewarn."

"Absolutely horrible service all around and room was tiny especially the bathroom. Literally had to close the bathroom door to get into the shower. Day 1 we received a letter on the door stating we are being charged a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in the room but the issue is nobody in the room even smokes!!!! I went to the manager and explained to her nobody smokes and she then insisted I call my credit card company to file a dispute instead of helping me (the guest) remove the bogus charge! The...

"We arrived for check in at 2:30 pm and the room wasn’t ready until 4:00 pm. The staff was good at keeping us updated on our room status and gave us a breakfast voucher but had we known the wait would be so long, we would’ve left our bags and wandered around. The lobby area was packed with flight attendants. Once we finally got our room (a suite) we were very disappointed. "Stayed here for a quick 3 day weekend in NYC and enjoyed my stay. They allowed us to check our bags in early so that we start our activities immediately. The check in process was smooth and there weren’t any surprise fees. The room was clean but they only provided towels, soap lotion and coffee. The room did not come with a mini bar/snacks or any toiletries such as tooth paste or shower caps which was not a big deal personally. "Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and ready for us earlier than expected. Cocktail bar was very nice with a wide selection of wines and liquors.
