Equus Inn Ocala
An older hotel that has been given an overhaul and a new lease on life. Very well done and clean, a nice courtyard with pool and fireplace for chilly nights. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely recommend. Room was clean and staff were kind and efficient.

Staff were very polite & helpful. Exterior of hotel seemed very run down & old. Inside rooms appeared to be renovated however, one room had black mold in shower so we had to request another room. The room was a little run down. The corner of the room the sheet rock was separating on the ceiling. The spout diverted valve did not work properly so when I took a shower there was not much pressure from the shower head and I was standing in the tub water. I reported it to the staff. stayAPT Suites Ocala
Quiet room with blockout blinds, plenty of space, good cooking facilities with a full size fridge and a coffee machine, it was a great place to base for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.
