Khách sạn Thị trấn Cổ Hastings , Hastings

"Tout était très bien. Le petit déjeuner à 8h30 débute par contre un peu tard, mais il était délicieux."

"Absolutely brilliant stay. Apartment is brilliant and Nikki a superb host!"

"The propert is very well located and the owner very helpful when we checked in. I have sent an email to the hotel and never received a response - very disappointing. The property is old and the musty smell when entering is quite strong. The room is quite as is bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is so small that is practically unusable - even brushing the teeth is difficult. The room itself seemed clean, there is TV, iron and ironing board, some tea and coffee plus juice and cookies. The musty...

"Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and understanding, I will definitely return if I ever get to be back to Hastings"

"Very friendly staff and food was lovely"

"Lovely room, very clean, delightful hosts, great breakfast-I would stay again!!!!"

"Great stay"

"This is a period property with a lot of lovely features in the centre of Rye. However, it is letdown by a very slow service at breakfast. Breakfast is chaotic, with one very small table with yoghurt, granola some fruit and orange juice. Both mornings of our stay it was running very low and out of a number of things. Both mornings, I had to go and find staff to stock the table up and provide glasses for the orange juice. Staff are either inadequately trained or just not copying well. The coffee...

"LIKE THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE CHATSWORTH FROM OUTSIDE, RECEPTION AREA WAS CLEAN. CIGAR AREA/BAR AND RESTAURANT WAS VERY NICE WITH THE JAZZ SINGER OUR ROOM WAS UPGRADED WAS A PLUS THANK YOU TO THE LADY RECEPTIONIST .I THOUGHT THE BEDROOM CARPET NEED A GOOD CLEAN OR CHANGE, THE PILLOW IS FLAT AS A PANCAKE. THE SPACIOUS MARBLE BATHROOM AND THE SEAVIEW IS WORTH STAYING."

"The good things were the bedroom was big and roomy and staff were friendly and helpful. The reception is up a flight of stairs and no lift for luggage in fact no lift at all working in building. The bedroom had lots of plus points, storage, large comfy bed but net curtains were marked and hole in main curtain. There was a safe in the room but we were advised it should have been removed as they were no longer working. The breakfast was adequate but just that, staff did get non dairy milk for me...

"Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly. However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel is in a nice, very rural location."

"Only stayed one night but found all staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Our room was furnished in a modern stylish fashion and was spotlessly clean. The view from our balcony was exactly as one would wish ~ panoramic span of Eastbourne seafront. Whilst being extremely close to the beach and sea, the double glazed windows and sliding door were so effective that there was virtually no noise entering the room. Would not hesitate to recommend The View Hotel to friends and will...

"Amazing place highly recommended, food and restaurant staff just great….. we have enjoyed sauna and morning Yoga was perfect to finish it off our stay."
