"Flew into Ontario airport. Hotel was a quick Uber minutes away from airport and short walk across the street to Toyota Arena. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy and a good selection. Our room had a kitchenette in it that would be very helpful for guests and longer stays. Restaurant on site was easy to put in a take out order to eat in our room. Did not use gym or pool but is nice to have. I would stay here again."

"When we arrived the entire place, with the exception of a few rooms in the back, were completely under construction. From the front of the hotel, it looked abandoned. No one from the hotel let us know, gave us a heads up, that that’s what we would be arriving to. It looked like a war zone and we had to drive all the way around the back. On the plus side, the room was very nice and clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. The pool was completely empty and unusable. Had I known this I...
