"Rooms were very clean. My issue was there was someone upstairs making so much noise at 2am in morning pounding on floors and running. I complained couple of times but it continued throughout the morning. I booked room because I didn’t want to make a drive I was exhausted and I didn’t get sleep because of this. "The room was very spacious it has small kitchenette with a normal size fridge, microwave. There's a restaurant right next door and has delicious food and drinks. The Toyota Arena is literally across the street.
Housekeeping comes every 3 days. The only grip is that they do not refill the coffee, creamer and toilet paper (only 1/2 roll when we checked in)."

"The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky."

"The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and made me nervous about the room. My room however was clean. Looks recently re-furnished but not remodeled. Staff was responsive and helpful when I needed a late check in and a new remote. Good breakfast choices and plenty of space to eat in the dining area or outdoor patio. I would certainly stay again."
