"Room wasn’t clean, smelled weird, dead bugs in the room and alive ones as well. Staff was short and argumentative. Would’ve asked for a refund and found a new place to stay but cut my losses and stayed as to not start an argument with the person working the front desk. Pool visibly has a film on top of the water you can see from outside of the pool area. I didn’t even check out the free breakfast based on the condition off the room condition and seeing the pool. Overpriced for what I paid for."

"My room was just one star short for cleanliness and the fact that the walls were thin enough to hear everything nearby in the hallway and vice versa. However, staff was welcoming and kind and hospitable where I will stay with them every time I visit. "

"Homewood Suites with a beautifully maintained Hotel. The grounds were lovely with a large patio and fountain. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of restaurants nearby that would fit all budgets."

"It was clean. No bugs. No noisy neighbors. But the door wouldn't stay closed or locked. After closing and pushing on it several times, it would stay shut. But super easy to break into. Just push really hard on it. The only security was the swinging arm latch. There were only 3 other residents on my side. Not much activity. So all was good. But very unsafe. New door knobs had already been installed once. But it needs definite improvement. Other rooms are likely the same way otherwise they would have given me a better room."

"The breakfast was ok and the coffee was barely warm. One of the days was potatoes and they were pretty hard. I got charged double at the hotel but they did get it removed from my credit. There was a staff member who was wearing a thin white shirt that was snug and showed her colorful bra. It was an unprofessional look. The other staff members were dressed better. The room didn’t have lotion and the soap/conditioner/ body wash seemed watered down. My towel in the bathroom had the house keepers long black hair on it. I don’t plan on staying at this hotel again. The hallways had lots of marks on them and the elevators needed attention."

"Hotel in rough shape, couldnt tell if they are remodeling or its just run down. No fitness center, room was dirty, black out blind was broke and ai couldn't open it. Then hotel charged me twice. Paid through Hotels.com amd then they charged me full price."
