"We had a first floor room that faced the river. The room was very large with a king size bed that provided a great night's sleep. Room had a couple of comfortable chairs with a table, refrigerator and microwave as well as a very comfortable recliner. Coffee was available 24 x 7 with flavored creamers. A couple of restaurants within walking distance."

"They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. We checked in about 9pm but we were not told we would have brown water and no hot water. We couldn't take a shower. Next morning it was better. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough. The breakfast was mainly cereal, waffle, little muffins,apple and sliced bread with butter. Wish they would have bagels with cream cheese. Other than that it was okay."

"I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled my reservation that was already paid for in full"

"Room were nasty. Bathroom was dirty shower and toilet are very dirty. Security gate is broken. Ther was NO security in the Area. People living in cars and vans on the property.Animals running around without leashes or owners."

"Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!"

"The rooms smelled musty. One had pet odor and remnants of cat food on the floor. Rooms had minor maintenance issues and lack of sufficient lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is pleasant."

"The front lobby is not inviting. The carpet strairs are not vacuum. You can see the dirtiest. Luckily my room was quite clean, regardless I have my home slippers to use. Breakfast was very basic. I just had 2 sausages links."

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"Ended up Leaving due to dirty conditions and poor staff. Also a bunch of undesirable people hanging around. Didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Can’t believe this is a Wyndham property."

"The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!"
