It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do,

Pool near waterpark had kids diving and jumping.. no regard for other guests Pool by hotel front was great Towels need to be at the pool not front desk

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
Felt like i was being stalked by the workers i had my door knocked on 3 times in 1 day all for a problem. I never had. I said a light bulb was out. The workers randomly go around, staring at rooms, writing things on a notepad, and they'll sit there for a few minutes looking.
