The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing.

Leider keine Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung wenn man vor Check in wie wir angekommen sind. Bei unserer Rundreise durch Japan bei allen Hotels gar kein Problem gewesen. WeI like property condition. However we don’t feel safe here since the property doesn’t have front desk.It’s hard to communicate. The man took too long to answer our calls that night. In addition, the security code to access in is the same for everyone. Also we had to clean the closets before putting our belongings inside, dusty.
