The service at this hotel is by far the best service I’ve ever had in all of the hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. From general inquiries before booking to checkout, my questions were always answered and they were amazing in their communication speed and the thoroughness of their answers. The rooms were large, comfortable and the bathrooms are awesome. The only thing I wish they had were bath salts for the tub but otherwise everything is there for you including a water dispenser on your floor. Breakfast was great and the location is good for those who want to be accessible to everything but in a quieter area of Osaka. Will definitely stay here again when I come back and visit as it was one of our most memorable stays in Japan.
