"We did find a beer bottle cap behind a chair went we we where looking into pluging a ligth tha was on plug, beside that perfect location parking ws affordable for a short visite and glad it was accessable from the lobby, specialy that I didn't plan on having a cast leg during my visit, the shower floor inclanation is quite slippery (important to mention for eldery customers and others need), handle on the wall would a great addition, but keep in mind I did not ask for a shower seat since my cast...

"Our experience at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Ottawa was top notch from start to finish. Nicholas at the front desk was amazingly helpful when checking us in and definitely went above and beyond. The room was clean and stocked with all the amenities! The cleaning staff came in and thoroughly cleaned our room while we were out enjoying the city and were so warm and friendly!
