"The property is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful and truly want to help you, especially Hassan the golf manager who arranges golf rounds at the nearby golf club. He went out of his way to make sure my husband was taken care of and listened to all concerns. Hassan was an honest man and truly wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyable and went out of his way to help us. Cleaning of the showers could be better but that is my only complaint. "

"Great place to stay in a good location not to close to the main parts of Marrakech but mostly walkable, the staff here are so friendly and nice and are always on hand with help and information. Rooms are big and clean there’s a television with a couple of English news channels for those interested, breakfast is very basic but the food available to purchase at other times of the day is really good and they sell alcohol here. Stay here rather than a hotel that you probably stay in every other time...

"Great place — very impressive ornately decorated building very large complex. The staff was extremely friendly and they have offstreet parking in their own parking lot. This is a very nice location away from the busyness of Marrakesh while still being in Marrakesh about five or 10 minutes ride from the old city. This was nice and clean - no pests - very good breakfast including actual cooked eggs and extremely large swimming pool. I do recommend this place for the price especially"

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable J’ai pu commander un couscous alors qu’il n’était pas sur la carte (merci à Sofia) Le point à améliorer serait les horaires d’ouverture du petit déjeuner. 8.30 h c’est difficile quand on a des excursions… Les jardins sont magnifiques et la piscine chauffée est vraiment agréable en automne ! "This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection.
