"Very disappointed. Was told to check out there was going to be a continental breakfast from 6 to 9 AM. At 8:30 AM going out I found five package danishes in plastic wrap, some small orange juice, carton, containers and coffee from a pump. That’s it. No fruit. Not even oatmeal that you make with hot water. The room itself was OK. I think we were given an ADA room so the layout was odd in the bathroom strikingly sparse with nowhere to even set your toothbrush down. Best part of the hotel was the In-N-Out parking under the building."

"Rooms were very clean and a good size. Bathroom was nice and well appointed. Was a very modern hotel. Great location for a concert at the Orpheum theater - waking distance. Lots of options in the area for food and shopping. Walkable to the Public Garden and Boston Common. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great stay."

"We went to Boston for a concert and I took my puppy he’s only 3 years old this hotel said pet friendly on the website but when we got there the had us sing a paper that says we can’t leave the puppy alone in the hotel room and the staff have all rights to come into our room and take the puppy if the puppy was left alone. I don’t understand pet friendly but yet you can’t leave the pet in the room we couldn’t even do dinner or go to the bar because he’s not allowed at the bar either but the bar was also in the lobby of the hotel."
