"The rooms here are basic but clean and comfortable so nothing to complain about. The building is aging and the rooms are showing their age but everything was functional and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The best part for me was the food which was really very good with excellent presentation, decent portions and very well prepared. The waiting staff were also very attentive. Parking here, even when staying at the hotel is £30 per night which is expensive, but understandable being so close to the airport. IMO parking should be part of the room package as a resident though, especially as it's not really a hotel that can be accessed easily by foot or public transport, so in reality it's a bit of a hidden tax. Other than that, this is a good hotel and works well for an overnight stay. For longer stays I would look for somewhere with a bit more character."

"Amazing hotel just about right for concerts theatres etc The staff excelled in customer care and service. Breakfast was continental but very good something for everyone. Transport routes excellent the train is 100 yards away the bus stop is right outside the front door. All in all a very good stay. Cannot wait to stay again"
