"Very family friendly resort. There is no ocean view from any of the rooms, you have to walk a lot to get around the resort. The food was not the best, very bland not a lot of options. If you love seafood they don’t really have seafood options. The only restaurant that had good food was bana. There was some miscommunication with restaurant reservations with a staff member so we didn’t get to experience the hibachi at bana, so that was a bummer. Some of the staff were friendly others didn’t seem to care. Service is on the slower side at the restaurants and sometimes we had to ask for a server instead of one promptly coming up to the table. Rooms were great! There is no steamers in the rooms so just fyi because I called to ask and was told they did but once there come to find out they only have irons. The beach is nice but be careful with rocks in the ocean, I stepped on one and cut my foot but lifeguard was prompt about cleaning the cut and treating it. Overall, wasn’t wow’d with this resort."

"Just came back, and I would recommend this resort to anyone! Staff were incredibly friendly, a lot of different options for food. I find this rare as I can be picky. We stayed in the platinum suites and the rooms were beautiful! Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the beaches..but there were people working hard daily to clean it up. Weather was hot and sunny! Couldn’t have had any better weather as I came home to snow and hail. Will be back! 😊"

"Pros: Great location. Italian restaurant was good experience. Spa package great offerings and value. Multiple bars Arrange transportation via hotel was expensive but reliable and on time Entertainment diverse, well balanced Cons Beach area needs work. Promoted as All Adult bit beach area locals bring kids to the area to play in water since it is shallow. Most disappointing when I plan trip to sit by water… not the pool. Never experienced any security issues but beach area welcome non guest to just walk up stairs u invited having access to resident in rooms. I realize security and life guards were there but did not see enforcement. Noticed locations using lounge chairs on beach and again. No enforcement. Even teenagers. Yet ypu tout All Adults. Description of beach area is deceiving in Expedia should be more transparent. Food was okay. Experiences being overlooked twice standing waiting to order a drink and customer who spoke Spanish walked in front of me ordering drink in Spanish a bartender blatantly ignored me an attempted to serve the person speaking his native language. Called it out twice and choose not to go back to that bar near pool. "

"Beautiful grounds and lots of wildlife. Food at the buffets was hit and miss. Steakhouse restaurant was great! Some staff were very polite and helpful, and some seemed like the guests just being there was a burden. Sargassum had made its way past the barrier a couple days into our stay, but the staff worked hard for a few days to get the beach area cleaned."

"Group of 9, Apr 11-18, 2026. We just returned from our stay, and all of us wish we were still there. I will start by saying this was my favourite all-inclusive experience ever. Staff- amazing! Food- amazing! Cleanliness- amazing! Room- amazing! Property/amazing! Beach/pools- amazing! Expedia pictures don’t do it justice. A fantastic adults-only / all inclusive experience! "
