"Staff was very friendly & efficient. The hotel was clean and nice/newish decor. Two drawbacks: The AC unit made a lot of noise turning off and on. Sounded like the door was being opened and closed. The other thing was there was not much soundproofing between the bedrooms. I could hear the guy sneeze in the next room and it wasn’t that obnoxious kind of loud sneeze. Could hear people out in the hallway quite easily."

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere."

"Upon entering my room, it was quite warm and had a strong disinfectant smell as if someone just dowsed the room. It was way too strong a smell and much too warm to walk into and feel comfortable. After lowering the temp it still took a few hours for the strong disinfectant odor to dissipate. That was disappointing, along with the walk in temperature."

"We had an amazing time in New York City while staying at the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located about a 12-minute walk from Crestwood Station, making it easy to reach Grand Central Terminal and explore all the city’s attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing ambiance. The bedside reading lights were a great touch, allowing me to enjoy a good book during my stay. The suite was large enough to accommodate six people comfortably. Before embarking on our sightseeing...
