"When we arrived to our room, it was incredibly dirty. This place does not value cleanliness. We let the front desk know and they immediately gave us a different room. We appreciated that. The second room was better, but not great. The floors where obviously not mopped in either room. The bathrooms were not great, the walls disgusting, looks like they never wash walls. Mirrors had water spots. Dust and dirt everywhere. They do not wipe flat surfaces at all in-between guest. My daughter wanted to swim, so reluctantly we took her to swim. The door was malfunctioning to pool room, we went to front desk to ask. While at the front desk we overheard a conversation about us and our check in and getting a new room because firat room was dirty. The male on the speakerphone said "they are probably lying". That comment was incredibly unprofessional. Is that how they treat their guests? I was completely turned off. At this time, we already decided to stay and my daughter was excited to swim or we would of left. This experience was terrible and I would not recommend this hotel nor will we be back. I could go on but that is basically sums it up. Unprofessional staff and they do not whatsoever value cleanliness in the room, overall hotel and pool area."
"Fridge did not work.
Air conditioner did not go below 75. Ambient temp wasn’t over 80 as it was raining, breakfast was crap. I took an apple and 2 reaped muffins and the owner looked at me like I was a thief. Told him thanks and goodbye,,, he gave no response.
Flys in the room.
Gas company employee that stays there bi weekly says it a standard for this hotel,,, the staff allows not care.
Paid over $160 for a hole in the wall for just one night.
Do not go to this place!!
Complete total waste of money. Forced to stay due to weather as was on a motorcycle."
"The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never ever again…."
