"Great location friendly staff great breakfast lots of choice"

"Amazingly fast check in. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Shuttle bus was great."

"The staff were efficient,the room pleasant however, overlooking the railway line at the rear of the hotel meant that the trains and tube running all night were extremely noisy. Ear plugs were provided but made little difference. Breakfast was good but because of the modern, flashy, seating area, there are plenty of seats but not enough tables leading to numerous business types precariously balancing plates, bowls and cups of coffee on their knees while eating. The breakfast area looks lovely but in reality is ill thought out and impractical. I think perhaps this hotel is aimed at a younger more trendy clientele than I fit into."

"Kalid deserves a pay rise he is exceptional!!! A star and an absolute representation of your beautiful hotel!! You should really take steps to further his career - I would highly recommend that as it’s not often I come across people with that business flare and understanding of the customer and our needs He made our stay my finance and baby daughter like they were the most important people in the hotel and I couldn’t have asked for more Thank you gantry we will be back"

"Stayed for one night while attending a concert at the O2 and it was exactly what we needed. Great location right next to the airport, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The bed was spot on after a long day. There’s a bus stop just around the corner which made getting to the venue really easy, especially as the tubes were on strike at the time. Ideal for a short stay and would happily return."

"Our waterfall shower head was broken and they repaired it the same day. Great service."

"I had a comfortable overnight stay before my flight to France. I had dinner in the restaurant which was nice, also a good breakfast except for the scrambled eggs !"

"Room was clean staff good we were put in aroom were the window was locked we asked for key to open at times they said no as it was a safety risk that window being locked was a major concern as a fire hazard very dissatisfied wit this"
