"We loved our stay here! The rooms are compact but CLEAN and importantly, the beds are spacious and comfortable. This hotel has a great location near the Gothic Quarter and only about a 20 min walk to the Eixample district, and despite this it was still super quiet at night and we could sleep very soundly. We felt very safe here walking home from dinner too!"

"A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out. A great place to stay...

"The staff was great, the room was good, but the room next to ours was being renovated. We could not hang out in our room I between touring and we were woken up to it a couple of mornings. The Hotel/staff should have offered us a free breakfast or a free few drinks at the rooftop bar. It should have been acknowledged. "

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted...
