"As someone who does not speak much Italian, things went as smooth as they could have here. Staff was super kind and helped get us a ride to the airport. I enjoyed our room and loved the location. My girlfriend is an interior designer, who sought out somewhere authentic and not modern style. She was in love with the aesthetic. "The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. "Muy Bien ubicado para conocer el centro histórico, aunque se complicó un poco llegar al estacionamiento. La habitación perfecta, la cama excelente, la atención de Giuseppe también.
