"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"Not every room in this property is the same. Our first room was jokingly small but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The location of this hotel was amazing and so convenient. Parking is off site and about 30 euros/night. They have a golf cart and drove us back to the parking with all the luggage. That service alone was amazing because the alleyways to get to the hotel are super narrow and scary to drive in."

"The hotel is delightful.
The rooms and architecture are amazing and topped off with an incredible roof top pool and relaxation area.
However, what really makes this Hotel stand out are the staff
Front of house simply can’t do enough for you.
They are intuitive, articulate, factual and very impressive
They will chat if required and be professional and efficient when this is needed.
Overall, an amazing few days away for my bother’s 50th birthday treat.
Thank you Sant Jaume design hotel."
