Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Essen (wir hatten Halppension) war lecker und frisch. Es gibt im Hotel verschiedene kostenlose Aktivitäten, z.B. "I was in Mauritius for work and booked this hotel an hour before I checked in without really researching it at all. It was superb. I stayed for 2 nights all-inc. The staff were lovely - polite but also fun to talk to. I had an amazing massage in the spa (by Cedric). I took a hobbie cat out and spent a morning zipping up and down the bay (though got told off for staying out too long!!!). "Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice. Le petit déjeuner est a l'image de la résidence simple et efficace : pain, beurre, confiture, une part de gateau artisanal, une crepe fraiche et un oeuf frit a la minute tous les matins et aussi un fruit. "Great that it was adults only. All staff were polite and friendly throughout the resort. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Liked the fact the resort was very eco focused, for example no plastic bottles use, no plastic straws, etc. The whole resort was spotlessly clean, our room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants... "Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai. De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over. De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast.
